For our next Monday Mix Up, we are excited to welcome Rich McDonough and Phan Dao of Workshop14 in Hanoi. Inspired by the 13 historic craftsmen villages of West Lake, they position their bar as the symbolic 14th. Workshop14 recently won the Campari One To Watch Award 2025 at Asia's 50 Best Bars.⁠
